It has been 8 years since i came to Australia. It is definitely one of the biggest decisions I have ever made and I am proud to say it is a right decision. Having finished the HKCEE, I came to do a one-year foundation course (Trinity College Foundation Studies) by the University of Melbourne then went to Monash Uni.
It is very exciting yet nervous when doing all the preparation — choosing subjects, looking for accommodation etc. To most of us, it’s a new adventure — our first time travelling to thousand miles away and starting a new life! Denise Chu has been very helpful; she has shared with us her own experience in studying overseas. Denise Chu and her colleagues at AAC also organises pre-departure gatherings, so we get to meet others who were going into the same course. On the practical side, Denise also provides assistance in visa applications, accommodation and plane tickets and airport pickup arrangements, so we don’t have to worry a thing.
AAC’s service doesn’t end just here. Students are very welcome to keep in touch with them and they always do their best to offer support, just like me, since then we’ve always kept in touch and we have become friends.
Making a decision to study abroad may not be easy, thus wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a responsible and experienced consultant who can take care of you?
