Foundation Program
Bachelor International Hospitality & Tourism Management

Since I completed high school year 12 in New Zealand, moving to Australia and enter Australia’s university is my first option. However, my family and I were not familiar with all the process of get into university, I was feeling a bit lost until I met Joshua Tang at AAC.

During the consultation with Joshua, Joshua explained the pathway of getting into university, also recommended universities that will provide the best resource and education for my major. In 2015, I got into Griffith College in Gold Coast and started my foundation course. I completed foundation course in one semester and continued diploma of hotel management for two semesters.

To be honest, university was stressful and require lots of academic skills and effort. I think choosing Gold Coast campus was a good decision as the living environment is relax and chill which I can release a lot of stress, and the lifestyle was similar to my lifestyle in New Zealand. After studying in Australia for almost three years, I completed my degree at the end of 2017.

In my last year of university, I decided to stay in Australia and start my career. As soon as I graduated, I started to apply my visa and I told Joshua about my situation and wished he could give me some advice. I was appreciated that he still tried his best to help me. After that I got my graduate visa successfully and after a month, I was hired by a local casino hotel brand The Darling Gold Coast and joined the pre-opening front office team.

I am always proud of my achievement and appreciate all the support from my family and friends. And I am so lucky to surround by positive people and get a chance to live and study in oversea. Also, many thanks to Joshua’s caring and professionalism which encourage and support me a lot during my study in Griffith.
